I've been having these weird thoughts lately........like is any of this real or not........*from K harts but I feel how Sora did*

I just want to ask why?
When we are a kid we think of the future,in fear,in excitement,in dispointment,the point is we look to the future.And when we are adults we look to the past,in yerning in wanting in sadness,I don't know anyone who doesn't so far.........
Why is it we live in a world where we can't just think "So what if things are changing I'm still living and if thats true then I don't see any reason to look at change."But sadly this is just what I say,like I told you,I don't know anyone who does not look to the past or future......
Why can't we focus on us now,instead of what we will or what we used to be.To live happily we should always depend on what is happening now but because we wonder and because we feel need to want we can not look on just NOW we have to look back or front.....
So it just makes me think.....why?
And is any of this real or not?
